What you will do
Lead a team of architects responsible for the design and delivery of data platform solutions on Oracle Cloud (OCI)Define and evolve data architecture strategy aligned to customer needs and Oracle’s product roadmapAct as a senior advisor to enterprise customers on data platform modernisation and cloud adoptionEngage with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to drive architecture governance and best practicesLead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture, and proposal reviewsEnsure solution integrity, scalability, security, and compliance across customer engagementsSupport pre-sales activity with insight into data platform capabilities and competitive positioningMentor and grow talent within the architecture teamDesired Experience
Proven leadership experience in data platform or cloud architecture rolesStrong understanding of Oracle data services (Autonomous DB, Exadata, GoldenGate, and OCI fundamentalsExperience designing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical database or analytics platformsStrong grasp of data integration, governance, security, and performance principlesHands-on experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)Understanding of industry-specific data concerns, particularly in regulated sectorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with infrastructure-as-code (., Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps principles is a plusLanguage skills: English and (Swiss)German.Desirable Attributes
