The Position The ASPIRE Training Lead drives the creation and implementation of the training and capability development strategy for the ASPIRE program, including the associated projects such as SAP Global Template, Analytics and Reporting, Masterdata, MyBuy and other projects within the portfolio of the ASPIRE Program. You will work in close collaboration with the Organization & Change Management teams of the mentioned projects to ensure that there is an effective training process for all program elements, spanning across business and IT audiences, as well as the ASPIRE team itself. You will be responsible for developing fit-for-purpose training programs (including on-boarding and continuous education) based on needs identified by deployment teams. Your key responsibilities are to: Identify training needs across the ASPIRE program Independently lead, design and implement best-in-class capability building programs for identified needs Support the Program and Deployment Teams by developing global training strategies; ensuring the site needs are satisfied as it relates to ASPIRE deployment Ensure internal customer expectations for training strategy, materials and deployment are met (deployment teams, product/process teams) Manage the development, delivery and maintenance of a robust induction and orientation program for new starters in the ASPIRE program Ensure sufficient funding and resources are factored into the ASPIRE budget Ensure applied instructional design in the development of training materials and independently manages 3rd party contractors/vendors and internal business stakeholders Design and implement training mechanisms that are locally fit for purpose AND scalable for industrialized roll out approach Who you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You bring 10+ years of strategic as well as hands-on experience in the design, preparation, development and administration of training programs and systems, and training and curricula development. You know how to choose and implement training tools, approaches, and you have expertise in the setup of a Learning Academy. You are familiar with working according to Pharmaceutical industry compliance and quality standards in processes and tools, especially CSV. In addition, you bring: Extensive knowledge of adult/corporate learning, coaching, mentoring and curriculum delivery systems (Learning Management Systems). You have experience with a variety of authoring and online learning development tools Project management and people leadership skills in an agile setting. You are familiar with agile methodologies and agile delivery of products Sound organizational awareness (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities), including significant experience working cross-functionally and in global teams Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer-focused approach Highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills Innovative and creative thinker Can work effectively in matrix organizations, generating enthusiasm and drive for commitment to excellence SAP project training implementation expertise This role will require international travel up to 25% of your time.
