You will benefit by workingwith a variety of experienced teams across multiple geographies, in a fast-paced environment thatcan help you accelerate your career path, wherever that may take you.Your key responsibilities Join and support projects in close collaboration with our clients (possible topics: benchmarking projects on executive level, design of compensation plans, reward policies or benefits evaluats, etc.) Support clients to address people related matters brought about via enterprise wide or functional re-organization / restructuring Support project planning, data analysis, report writingand development of presentation material Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships Working collaboratively with other M&A service lines and colleagues across EY globally Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have University degree in Economics / Finance kombined with a good understanding of HR topics First experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefitsor HR Consulting Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills as well as ability to create appropriate data presentations Strong written and verbal English and German communication skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations Ideally, you'll also have Ideally, first experience in M&A deal projects or business restructuring with a focus on HR and people matters such as Due Diligence, post-deal integration and post deal value enhancement.
