About Our Client
Our client is a globally active industrial with a strong international footprint including multiple production facilities and sales organizations. To support a transformation, thepany is looking to strengthen its Group Finance function in Zurich. In this high-impact position, you will take a leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the financial reporting and consolidation landscape. The role includes participation in group-wide initiatives such as the transition to US GAAP and the integration of newly acquired entities.

Job Description
  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group
  • Analyze and validate reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries
  • Support and guide local finance teams across the group
  • Maintain and enhance the consolidation tool and reporting frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in group reporting processes and planning templates
  • Contribute to key finance transformation projects, including US GAAP implementation and post-merger integration
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and other corporate functions
  • Serve as a point of contact for auditors, advisors, and other external stakeholders


  • The Successful Applicant
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, ideallybined with a professional accounting qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in aparable role within a multinational setting
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation systems
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a significant advantage
  • Hands-on, proactive team player with a structured mindset and high resilience
