As apremium outdoor lifestyle brand, we provide an urban outdoor aesthetic combined with functionalityand comfort for an eco-conscious consumer.Let's Talk about the RoleYou will be responsible for the CRM strategic implementation, contributing and executing a CRMroadmap to connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel, from the digital marketingplanning to the campaign execution, in keeping with the following goals:* Grow the integrated consumer database (online and in-store);* Identify Customer Journeys to:* create a superior engagement experience;* personalize content to enhance its relevance;* apply automation to be reactive and proactive;* Analyze customer behavior to improve the quality of their interactions and identify opportunitiesof revenue generation;* Increase Newsletters' performance driving traffic to napapijri.com, increasing revenues andConversion Rate.You will sit within the Web Marketing team whose main goals are to engage with the existingcommunity and to search for new consumers through a strong Digital Consumer Communicationstrategy.How You Will Make a DifferenceYou will achieve this by:* Supporting the execution of CRM strategies to fulfill market needs, ensuring global consistencyand local relevancy;* Coordinating the digital marketing and newsletter calendar definition together with theMarketing, Ecommerce and Merchandising teams;* Partnering with external agencies, Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Comms and VF Digital CentralTeams to:* manage email marketing campaign production and delivery;* application of campaign optimization using personalization, A/B testing, and by incorporatingindustry best practices;* monitor performances and KPIs;* creating and executing automated marketing workflows, including transactional, lifecycle andupsell message* Tracking, reporting and getting insights on CRM marketing performances with reports that have tobe translated into actionable and profitable marketing plans;Skills for SuccessYou should be someone with analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable andprofitable marketing plans with a certain level of creativity. Someone entrepreneurial andpassionate about E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, with:* 3+ years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the fashion and apparel sector;* Solid understanding of CRM and its role in the digital ecosystem;* A 'mobile-first' mind-set to maximize usability and deliver an efficient and visually compellinguser experience that drives engagement and conversion;* Knowledge and experience in using CRM platform such as Salesforce Service Cloud and MarketingCloud; Google Analytics, Excel, Power Point;* Experience coordinating with different stakeholders and agencies* Proficiency in written and spoken English;A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics / Marketingare nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professionalachievements.VF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our familyof iconic brands.
