Customer Service Manager - fluent German and English Speaker

NATURANA is an international company in the lingerie and swimwear industry and combines different brands under one roof. Under our roof innovations and creativity are combined with 100 years of experience in lingerie design. We are active on the market in all sales channels, both brick&mortar and digital. As part of the company’s objective to modernise its business we are looking for a customer service manager with an international mindset who is experienced in guiding teams effectively through times of change. The company is based on the “schwäbischen Alb” (south of Stuttgart) where your main place of work will also be, even though the occasional travel to foreign entities is part of the job.
