ASPIRE is a multi-year program that will define, design, and deploy Future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms. The program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes by leveraging SAP, Life Science Industry and Roche best practices. The group Treasury setup and characteristics (fully centralized, standardized and integrated to several E2E processes within Finance and beyond) are represented in the Aspire Global Template project in the Finance stream. What you will do You will act as a Deployment Lead in the area of Treasury for Rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites. The following tasks are part of the deployment activities: Preparation and leading of FIT-to-Standard sprints Defining best practice solutions in close cooperation with Roche ERP IT Contribution to Change Impact Assessments Execution of Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) Execution of Key User / End User Training activities Supporting local teams in Data Cleansing activities Go Live & Hyper care (incl. month end closing) support If applicable, adapt future state business process map, structures and data model of the Roche Super Company in close alignment with the respective GBPM / GBPO, IT and Design Authority of the E2E business process “Record to Analyse”. Translate detailed business requirements to IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work in order to meet business needs. Create, align and deliver Project documentation according to the defined ASPIRE PMM. Ensure end-to-end view from Master Data to Transaction & Reporting and work closely with the GBPMs/GBPOs, IT and other impacted business streams in order to provide end-to-end (E2E) business process solutions in an aligned cross-divisionally way. Embrace our “higher standard” where Financial Compliance questions are concerned and work closely with the Financial Compliance stream. May support template and project audits and will provide solutions as part of the solution design to ensure compliance. Ensure template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept Advocate of the Treasury processes within Aspire and of the Aspire processes within Treasury. Master's degree or equivalent experience in the respective functional area, Finance, or related field 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the functional area of Treasury Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly Strong Project Management, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills Experiences in Agile Project Methodologies Ability to identify, drive and/or participate in implementing process improvement activities Ability to analyze, design, describe, test and train the solutions from an E2E business process understanding Strong business process knowledge and experience in the Treasury area. Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (Treasury ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications.
