External Manufacturing Production Support Manager (f/m/d)
In this exciting role, you will be the point of contact for all operational activities related to CMOs and you'll have the pivotal responsibility of managing departmental change controls and deviations. You'll drive operational relation with CMOs leading the weekly tier1 organization with CMO and internal teams to monitor, coordinate and progress CMO manufacturing and quality operations. You also coordinate with other team members operational quality (CRs & DRs) and logistics execution and drive detailed planning aligned with master plan, POs, GRs, Invoicing, trackers & KPIs, inventory management.
Your main responsibilities:
Department Quality Systems SME responsible for managing departmental change controls, deviations, etc.
Establish and maintain a solid internal and external network with the aim to be recognized as the go-to person for all operational activities related to CMOs in charge
Drive operational relation with CMOs leading the weekly tier1 organisation with CMO and internal teams to monitor, coordinate and progress CMO manufacturing and quality operations
Establish a disciplined, well organized and efficient Tier1 organization with the aim to create a weekly drum beat on operational execution
Drive Tier2 escalations to make sure risk and unresolved supply issues are escalated in due time
Collaboration with master planning group, perform the detailed planning activities with CMOs
Issue & manage POs until goods reception. Make sure invoicing is performed according to contracts and on time
Manage manufacturing KPIs for performance reviews and S&OP meetings
Maintain excellent inventory management in SAP, including inventory at risk, to make sure SAP is always up-to-date
Coordinate with other team members operational quality (CRs & DRs) and logistics execution
Your profile:
BA/BS in Business Management, up to 5 year’s experience in Supply Chain within GMP environment
Knowledge of ERP/Supply Chain and the ability to utilize this in a complex GMP planning environment
Project Management experience desirable
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
APICS Certified or willing to obtain certification(s)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to various meetings or client sites, including overnight trips, travel requirements : 10-15%
