Finance ManagerThe FP&A Manager is part of Expedia 4 Business (E4B) and focusing on creating high-quality analysis, reporting and insights on financial performance & forecasting on Lodging (Hotels & Vrbo) to Senior Management.The role involves interacting with all levels of the organization helping to drive the business forward with leading a team of two team members.The FP&A Manager operates in a global team and thrives in a fast-pasted environment. The successful individual possesses excellent financial knowledge combined with people management experience, owns technical deliverables, prioritizes workload effectively and communicates clearly to Senior Management.What you'll do:Lead forecast process with maintaining financial models and standard templates supporting planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and analytical reviewsManage a team of two team members and oversee various priorities & projectsOwn reporting of financial performance, analyze trends and variances with providing insights to key stakeholders and senior managementCollaborate with business partners to drive understanding of financial impacts, identify and communicate risks and opportunitiesCommunicate business results to stakeholders to enable business decision making across the companyDeliver reporting on pre-defined metrics for different functional areasCoordinate financial analyses impacting strategic and commercial projectsSimplify modeling, forecasting & reporting to improve efficiency and performanceWho you are:4+ years previous working experience as Finance/FP&A Manager and/or Manager in an international environment. Experience in people management preferredBachelor's/Master's/PhD in Economics, Mathematics or any other related technical field; or equivalent related professional experienceProficient with PowerPoint presentations. Knowledge of database extraction languages (i.e.SQL) with Excel proficiency and willingness to learn.
