You'll change our customers’ lives by providing complete information on the benefits of opting for our client’s online credit.  What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Financial and Commercial Advisor, you will: Assist customers who have a pre-accepted request in the entity via Outbound/Inbound callsAdvise and answer questions about our client’s productsPresent, promote, and sell products using compelling argumentsManage emails of inquiries, incidents, and claims from customersReceive and classify the requests and documentation of new customersProvide support in the integration and adaptation of business processesCollect information for the entity's area of operationsPerform commercial activities: upsell and cross-sell using the company’s portfolio (for example, selling credit-related insurance) What we are looking for Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.  We’ll be a great match if you: Are native or proficient in French and fluent in English (B2)Have previous experience in Customer Service – credit recovery experience is preferredAre proud of your commercial and upselling skills (highly valued) Can demonstrate the analytical capability of the credit cycle overview (a plus) You appreciate our values of recognition, integrity, unity, commitment, and you are eager to create the "wow" too.
