You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.What you will be doing at WebhelpAs an Airline Reservations Advisor with GDS skills – French Speaker, you will:Manage reservations in a back-office capacity (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)Assist customers in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their reservations and manage potential requests about travel dates, promotional campaigns, among othersKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions takenProvide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite and diplomatic wayHandle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company’s policyEnsure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needsWhat we are looking forYour natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people.
