In this position you will be heading a team of 7 direct reports, and will manage, coach and further develop the department. Your main responsibilities: Coordination of resources, priorities, tasks Responsible for the entire life cycle of client relation, including onboarding (AML/KY), maintaining and offboarding of clients Client satisfaction of both internal (sales Robeco and Robeco Switzerland Ltd) and external clients Create and maintain a framework for the team to be motivated and dedicated to make most out of their abilities Overall responsibility for investment consultant databases with quantitative and qualitative information about the firm and its products Responsibility for the completion and submission of quarterly client reports containing detailed information on fund characteristics and fee information Collaboration and interaction with key members of all areas of the firm, such as sales, performance measurement, portfolio management, research and compliance Data management Preparation of selected reportings and performance booklets Maintenance and construction of the strategic reference portfolios Writing and editing responses to Requests for Proposals (RfP), Requests for Information (RfI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and ad hoc requests from clients globally with a focus on ESG and equities Manage information flow between investment management, performance measurement, sales, risk management and compliance to write high quality responses to requests Maintain and develop RFP content database, QVIDIAN, by adding new records and updating existing content Ensure that consultant databases are up to date and participate in various business development projects Project management responsibility Position outline: The head of client servicing, performance measurement & RfP is responsible allocating and prioritizing tasks within the wide range of activities that is covered by the team Improving the quality and efficiency of the reporting, client interactions, contracting and the CRM system, client onboarding, AML/KYC are among the key responsibilities The performance measurement part is focused on analyzing the product performance as well as the reporting thereof. The role includes composite management, data management, the production of selected reporting and performance booklets. Furthermore, the role entails maintenance and construction of the strategic reference portfolios The RfP role entails writing and editing responses to Requests for Proposals (RfP), Requests for Information (RfI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and ad hoc requests from clients globally with a focus on ESG and equities Manage information flow between investment management, performance measurement, sales, risk management and compliance to write high quality responses to requests Maintain and develop RFP content database, QVIDIAN, by adding new records and updating existing content.
