Your main accountabilities consist of: As a Healthcare Consultant you will be accountable in the Swiss market for the following topics: Understanding and translating the business requirements of the laboratory customer into specific and holistic system solutions including applications, process designs, visualization and the integration of the architecture. Analysis of customer data to optimize processes and workflows with the goal to enable new value creation options Consulting based on data & process analysis Responsibility & leadership of Roche Healthcare Consultancy Services Lead consulting services projects and continuously adapt to core business requirements Maximally customer centric, x-functional collaboration to best serve and advise customers to create an excellent customer experience Consulting in the development & integration of digital solutions in the lab area Project work for customers or tenders (familiarization, elaboration, handover) Gaining & consolidating insights from the Swiss market  We are seeking a candidate with strong consulting skills and/or significant experience in the healthcare industry: You are open to new ideas and challenge conventional thinking patterns.
