About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this key role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring seamless HR processes and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. You will handle a broad range of responsibilities, from operational HR tasks to strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Atlantic Zeiser.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees on all HR and compensation-related matters.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, support applicant management, and drive the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with the works council to ensure compliance with labor regulations and foster positive relationships.
  • Provide HR metrics and analytical insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, organizational development, and operational efficiency.

What You Need to Be Successful
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, time tracking software, and MS Office Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset, combined with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
