What we offer: Opportunity to gain experience and insights to People & Culture and be part of Work Product Teams to shape our organization An international working environment to learn and grow Opportunity to support the People & Culture Business Partner Network and Business Leaders in various areas of the business implementing People & Culture activities and business initiatives Cross-Chapter Collaboration with People & Organizational Growth, People Rewards & Recognition, People Support & Services, Integrated Workforce Solutions, People Insights & Technologies A role to grow your coaching, consulting, stakeholder management and analytical skills What we are looking for: You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Organizational psychology or a similar field You are a curious and creative mind and rethink ways of working and enjoy developing innovative solutions You are a system-thinker and can easily connect the dots and develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges You have good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, can prioritize and can easily coordinate events and ensure right logistics You are a team player who is highly collaborative in a diverse team, participative, autonomous with strong sense of responsibility You demonstrate a high motivation with a positive can-do attitude You are passionate about learning and development You are a great communicator and can capture and simplify complex topics in a customer-orientated way You enjoy working in a global, diverse and dynamic environment First work experience in People & Culture and in an international environment is a plus Fluency in English and good level of German are required Start date: February 2022 Workload: 100% Duration: 9-12 months Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application Please send your application including a motivation letter.
