With your expert knowledge on these modules, you liaisewith the IT product owner and business product owner to createdirect impact on the end user experience by translating andimplementing complex business requirements into most seamless andsimple technical solutions. In your role ofthe IT business analyst for Time Tracking & Absence, you workclosely together with IT product owner to understand businessgoals, needs and challenges, you translate them into requirementsto future IT solutions, clarify technical details, define anapproach and successfully implement the solutions with hands-onconfiguration in defined sprint cycles. You involve ininternational projects and contribute to their success. With yourproblem-solving attitude you ensure high-quality support to theglobal user community and use this a source to continuously improvethe Workday Time Tracking & Absence solutions environment andgrow yourself. What you need is: - Master’s degree in InformationSystems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human ResourcesManagement, or related fields - Minimum 3+ year experience inWorkday project implementation, build/configuration and BAU support- Extensive hands-on configuration experience in Workday TimeTracking & Absence - Configuration experience in other Workdaymodules such as Core HCM, Security, Talent Management, CoreCompensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Reporting as a plus- Robust business process understanding time tracking and absencerelated - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills pairedwith strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent inEnglish (verbally and written) Does this sound like you?
