Labelling Management Lead (m/f/d)

As the Labelling Management Lead you will be part of a dynamic, fast growing, and strong supply chain organization. The responsibilities of the selected candidate include the following:Managing end to end artwork creation, reviewing and approving process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining and tracking packaging artwork lifecycle and documents in appropriate labeling repositoryBeing responsible to implementing and maintaining artwork related change controlsCreating the label artworks based on the provided input with emphasis on ChinaBeing responsible to creating and maintaining label rationalization strategyProviding necessary label Master data for the relevant marketsProposing process improvements to the existing process to introduce more automationStreamlining and automating the label creation process and master filesActive participation in the development, evaluation, and implementation of the label creation systemIdentifying new opportunities to boost growth and implementing them successfully in processes and proceduresEnsuring artwork is consistent, accurate and follows relevant regulatory guidelinesSetting up, managing, and archiving accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholdersAdapting existing artwork to alternative layouts and formatsIn order to be considered for the role, you must have:Successfully completed bachelor's degree or certified in graphic design, product design or similarMinimum of 2 years of working experience preferably in a similar position is a mustPrevious experience within an international and fast paced environmentProfessional user in MS Office, especially in ExcelPrevious experience with Artwork software and general IT affinity is requiredSolid English skills (verbally and written) required, additional languages are an advantageExcellent communication and customer service excellence-oriented personalityCritical thinking to break down complex problemsHigh energy to drive change with strong teamworkAre you currently looking for a position within an international operating, dynamic business environment and enjoy communication and working together with different nationalities and teams?We look forward to receiving your online application!
