Paralegal - Roche Diagnostics International Ltd - Rotkreuz Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Rotkreuz, Switzerland! As part of the Legal Team of Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, Switzerland you will be responsible for the independent handling of a variety of contracts and other types of legal questions as well providing legal support to Corporate attorneys. In addition, if you enjoy managing projects from start to finish, working independently as well as in a team, this role is for you. This position is 80-100% and is based in Rotkreuz. Main Activities Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, Consultancy and Services Agreements with private companies, public institutions and Health Care Professionals on an international level Providing legal assistance to corporate attorneys, including drafting and editing of legal documentation and conducting of legal research Managing and executing projects assigned by the Heads of the Legal department Composing and preparing reports, presentations, and other complex documents Developing and presenting legal and compliance trainings regarding various topics Interacting with colleagues from the Compliance department and various other stakeholders across Roche to determine compliant yet practical legal responses Qualifications B.Sc, M.Sc. or equivalent Legal qualification (Swiss qualifications preferred, equivalent foreign qualifications will also be considered) Fluency in English, German is a plus Experience/Requirements A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the Legal department of a multinational company or at a respected law firm in Switzerland Good knowledge of general areas of law, such as contract law and corporate law Knowledge of Health Care/Medical Devices laws or Health Care Compliance is a plus Experience in project management: ability to track and manage projects through to completion International academic or professional experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and with a team effectively Hands-on mentality and pragmatic: looking at the bigger picture while not losing sight of the details Passionate to work with people from many cultures Able to communicate clearly, convincingly and diplomatically Job Level:Individual contributor This employer is a corporate member of myGwork - LGBTQ+ professionals, the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, students, inclusive employers & anyone who believes in workplace equality.
