Principal Scientist Process Management

The Position Process and Support is part of the Global Development organization, focused on supporting and managing the processes and procedures around product development and product care, with multiple core competencies, functions, tasks and interactions. The teams can be organized differently because they are primarily driven by the specific needs of the Development Teams at each location. In this role your main responsibilities will consist of (but will not be limited to): Responsible for process guidance, process optimization, project interaction with related stakeholder/departments and documentation of various development projects (system and assay) regarding Requirements- and Risk-Management, Configuration Management, Verification and Validation Management, and Usability Engineering Support translation of multi-level requirements via Requirements Management process Conduct detailed product risk assessments by analyzing documents, statistics, reports and market trends and with a team of cross functional representatives Ensure implementation of Usability Engineering (UE) within the projects (requirements, risk traceability and guidance during execution of UE driven verification and/or validation activities).
