As a Deal Manager you will manage the whole deal lifecycle for specific deal types based on defined parameters utilizing effective and efficient methodologies – you will be the single point of contact for all communications related to a single account. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Deal Manager, you will: Manage Sales and Customer expectations regarding time-to-completion for a given project;Manage exceptions and escalations, handling customer expectation and satisfaction;Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external customers via telephone and/or email/IM for request’s status updates;Understand and apply current business practices, proactively understanding requests’ priorities and provide prompt answers to critical deal according to assigner criteria.Critical Deal Management - since the DID is flagged to be managed until all processes are completed (coordination of internal procedures through engagement with multiple cross functional teams);Providing regular updates on request status;Maintaining close relationship with POC in RO;Bridge between requestor and cross-functional teams in a multitude of processes to fulfill request;Run and analyse reports in order to follow the appropriate direction;Take action to solve complaints and Identify need for corrective or preventative action;Customer facing Interactions/engagements as agreed upfront;Responsible for continuously engaging with stakeholders to realize gaps and drive efficiencies; What we are looking for We’ll be a great match if you: Are native or proficient in German (C2) Are fluent in English (B2/C1)Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Possess at least 2 years of experience In Business Administration/Logistics SupportAre proficient in Microsoft OfficeHave knowledge of products/software from IT providers Are highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills You appreciate our values of recognition, integrity, unity, commitment, and you are eager to create the "wow" too.
