Relocation Lisbon - German Back-Office & Legal Representative for Low-cost Airline

Please note you will not deal with clients only with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies. Your mission at Webhelp  At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in the business of our clients and the life of their customers. Passengers who believe their rights under the regulation have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.               You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.   What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Back-Office & Legal Representative, you will:Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies in order to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations. What we are looking for Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people.
