Please note you will not deal with clients only with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies. Passengers who believe their rights under the regulation have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Back-Office & Legal Representative, you will:Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies in order to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. We’ll be a great match if you: Are Native or Proficient German (C2)Have fluency in English (B2)Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spiritHave previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plusFor non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
