Your mission at Webhelp As Partner Led Specialist you will be responsible for tracking and reporting of partner sales orders to the various internal departments. You will be the primary contact between the Sales Operations to ensure timely delivery of product. You will also communicate priorities and expedite to Sales Operations as well as plan and work with them to resolve and execute priority orders. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Partner Led Specialist, you will be responsible for:Transactional support to internal and external stakeholders,Following requests and solving them according to their urgency,Reporting, analyzing and consolidating associated metrics,Focus on individual and team results at all times.Order Management - since the order is placed in the system, until all process is completed (coordination of internal procedures: getting the order booked, assisting in changes, prioritizing it, coordinating actions between the many cross functional teams);Run and analyze reports in order to follow the appropriate direction;Prioritize critical issues according to their urgency and importance;Establish a network of internal contacts between different stakeholders and organizations for transactional support needs;Providing transactional support, in terms of administrative work, bridging between the Customer & Partner Experience organization, Sales agents (Account Managers) and specific Partners;Business support in order to improve productivity of Sales, Customer & Partner support teams;Inbound and outbound management of requests through case management tool (CRM – Salesforce);Understanding, reviewing operational reports and act according to the findings;Identify process gaps, problems and suggest internal process improvement guidelines. What we are looking for Native or highly proficient German (C1/C2);Fluent English;Previous experience working with customers;Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry;Strong analytics skills;Excellent communication skills.
