Job Qualification:To be considered for the role of Site Contract Specialist you will have the followingEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job orequivalent combination of education, training, & experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Good understanding of the principles of contract law, including a general understanding of lawsthat influence contract language, such as business, intellectual property and local tax and stamplawsDemonstrated ability to apply basic principles of investigator grant negotiationGeneral understanding of business and financial principles that related to service agreementsCapable of drafting and negotiating contract provisions and budgetary issues within parametersHigh attention to detail, good organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent analytical and decision based thinking skillsUnderstanding of the pharmaceutical product development process and involvement of CROsAble to effectively use automated systems and computerized applicationsGood communication skills, focussed on customer service and collaborationFluent knowledge of German, English, French and ItalianAt PPD we hire the best, develop ourselves and each other, and recognise the power of being oneteam.
