These responsibilities include the execution of strategies to ensurerealization of the business objectives within the Purchase Family. This is a permanentposition. Driving sourcing execution for assigned suppliers, including supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance, developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met and working with suppliers to improve accordingly Working with suppliers to manage and track implementation of supply agreements Communicating to cross functional teams, obtain sign-off for projects Supporting NPIs and business with RFQ for new and existing items Managing supplier data in ERP system, including setup of new items Who you are Bachelor's Degree, business administration or supply chain, with work experience in sourcing Prior experience in communicating with external suppliers, and proficiency in negotiating and executing commercial contracts High level of analytical skills and experience in driving global tender processes Fully fluent in English (written and spoken) Knowledge and understanding of Cytiva Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time When you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake upevery day determined to help our customers win.
