As a preferred supplier for Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz near Zug, we are looking for a personality as Specialist for Digitalization of Logistics & Supply-Chain 80% (contract is until 31.12., with extension if it is a fit for all parties). Start date within 1-3 months.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
Definition of customer requirements Project Inventory Management (Digitalization Project)
Participating in the project team to create and prepare new Solution for Inventory Management
Mapping of the new room concept: merging and concentration of the storage rooms
Cleaning up and rearrangement of the rooms to support new workflows including relabeling the material and change process for new material
Data maintenance and documentation of existing material in new software
Rearrangement of the materials based on the new concept and digitalization of the shelfs
Training material definition and implementation – für neues System erstellen für neue MA
Participating in implementation of the new digital solution
Testing the new software and compare with the requirements of the customer and adapt if needed
Reporting of all the infrastructure changes as well as Hardware reports
Training current employees and future employees for new processes and software
Participation in Roll Out of new Solution
Erforderliches Profil
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar (important some touch points with Supply Chain or Logistics)
0-1 year experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain related field (e.g. internship done in a project team for Supply Chain)
Project experience is an huge advantage, also project experience from student projects (related to digitalization or supply chain)
Lean management and Digitalization experience is a plus
Fluency in German and English is a MUST
Experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
