Senior Manager, Strategic Growth The New Partner Solutions team within Expedia for Businesses is responsible for identifying new products, services, and capabilities to bring to our partners, incubating and accelerating high potential opportunities, and setting winning go-to-market models for new offerings. What you'll do Structure and execute strategic initiatives: by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations for leadership approval. Act as project lead for these initiatives, designing and executing on these initiatives with the collaboration of cross-functional teams. Conduct the strategic analysis of new EG opportunities: as part of EG's B2B Externalization, including coordination on initial sizing, CI, etc. Identify opportunities: Support development of business & partnership cases. Evaluate and accelerate new opportunities through the incubation pipeline. Assess complex new business development opportunities and design go-to-market plans. Multi-functional alignment: work across EG teams and collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to drive toward scalable and success product launches EPS Incubation Process: Support defining strategic priorities and align EG Externalization opportunities to incubation phases and support accelerating them to market What you bring Bachelor's degree required and MBA (or equivalent advanced degree) preferred Travel and/or consulting experience strongly preferred Ability to define strategic priorities Proven track record developing and implementing strategies, supporting business development opportunities, and delivering business results Proven track-record working with various cross-functional internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion Excellent interpersonal skills (externally and internally at all levels) and demonstrated ability to work across and influence a large, complex, highly matrixed organization Excellent analytical skills, including data and financial analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and statistics skills Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, research, and presentation creation #LI-LW1About Expedia Group Expedia Group (NASDAQ: EXPE) powers travel for everyone, everywhere through our global platform.
