Our hiring company is a an SME active within the digital banking industry. They created a job offer for a Strategic Partnership & Events Lead to integrate into their teams in Geneva, Switzerland.
Your tasks
Identifying partners to target, and then recruiting those by networking and selling them on a partnership / engagement model
Creating a business strategy & distribution channel for local partnerships
Developing a strategic roadmap and vision for business partnerships by territory and region
Driving user engagement through events & partnerships
Building events agendas and engaging event speakers/sponsors
Organizing large digital and local events, streaming, broadcasting solutions
Your profile
Language skills: English & French fluent/native, STRONG preference for German
Professional experience: 4+ years of experience in Partnerships and Events Management
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant
Very creative skills, thinking outside of the box
Excellent verbal skills and written communication skills, someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people with easiness
Excellent organizational, detail-oriented and project management skills, used to coordinating many project simultaneously
Previous experience with organising events and networking
Customer service experience and/or naturally great at interacting with people
Very independent, autonomous, with an entrepreneurial spirit
Hands-on attitude
A sense of professionalism and ownership
Previous experience in a growing tech company
