The PCR Assay Development Chapter in Roche Diagnostics Solutions R&D is where an initial product design is developed into an IVD product until it is ready for global registration. This team has a proven track record of successful innovation and recently developed and launched multiple Sars-CoV-2 PCR tests. We are seeking a technical project leader and line manager of a group of scientists within the chapter. The successful candidate will lead projects for the development of PCR-based IVD assays with numerous interfaces to other Roche functions. The line management of laboratory scientists includes people development, mentoring and performance evaluation in alignment with Roche values and Roche leadership commitments.
