It's yours to build.The opportunity: your next adventure awaitsWe are looking for a Working Student to coordinate and independently manage initiatives onthe talent agenda for Consulting Switzerland. In close collaboration with our Lead Talent Partner,you will be a strategic driver in building a better working world for our employees.In your role, you will also be involved in management and business consulting. Our team workscollaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams across all aspects of theCFO's agenda. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends within a firm`s finance functionas well as wider business transformations.Consulting Talent Tasks:Work closely with the Consulting Talent Lead to shape the talent agenda of the future Prepare board documentation incl. qualitative and quantitative analysis Be responsible for the preparation, execution and follow-up of talent meetings Involve yourself in EY recruiting activities across different service lines Create the future workplace by engaging with C-level stakeholders across the firm Business Consulting Finance Tasks: Coordinate the growth strategy and go-to-market approach for Business Consulting Finance Engage with leadership to analyze the team performance and suggest improvement areas Support on client projects and work closely within project teams and typical engagements, e.g., design finance operating models, optimize finance processes and define next generation digital finance capabilities Overarching: Look forward to an interesting and international environment in which you can develop yourself and broaden your network Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developments Profit from a flexible work environment that allows for optimal compatibility with your studies What we look forYou have an agile, growth-oriented mindset.
