Join a young and dynamic team that has more than 80 employees engaged in the growth of the project Missions:• Assure a customer service of exceptional quality;• Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing;• Communicate information related to products and services to customers. Free Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract and flight reimbursed.These roles are initially for a 12 month contract.Gross salary €949 per month bonus €2,500 signing bonus free accommodation for the duration of the contractCandidates must already have work permission to work in Portugal 

Requirements

SkillsEssential Criteria: Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion in computer technology; Fluent German; Passion for films and television series; Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations; Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills; Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills; Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze customer and teammates experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills.
